MilliCare is the premier provider of commercial floor cleaning solutions. Our national account business that provides steady revenue for our owners has grown considerably in the last 3-4 years. Unlike janitorial, we focus on high-value clients that operate in class A commercial properties. Other targets are legal firms, educational centers, lenders/finance. The uniqueness of our business is that it operates similar to an annuity in that our owners have scheduled revenue planned out for 6-12 months in advance. Makes so many more day-to-day decisions easier when operating with known revenues.
With these high-value customers/targets, we are the concierge service provider for expensive hard surfaces, textiles, and commercial carpet areas. We are in a space where we do not have a true competitor, a demanded customer, and very favorable margins.
We are owned by the Riverside Company and part of the Clintar Holdings portfolio whose brands focus solely on the B-B space within high-value commercial properties.
